Lyudmila Velasquez
President Founding Partner
Over 30 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Management, and International Organizational Development. Lyudmila’s experience includes working with multinational companies and governmental agencies as part of their local and international recruiting, training, development and policy making organizations across all industries. She has served on the board of several non-profit organizations and as an advocate and mentor for abused and neglected children in South Florida. Lyudmila presides over Velkin’s operations, accounting and finance, as well as all continuous recruiting efforts.
Christine Walsh
Founding Partner
Extensive marketing and sales experience within the talent solutions, luxury goods and events industries. In addition, Christine is certified in Employment Law and is active in South Florida Professional Associations. She is Velkin’s customer facing Leader engaging clients and prospects locally and internationally as part of a continuous growth strategy. Christine’s specialty is complete talent solutions for our clients in the luxury goods and international markets as an extension of their HR team interacting with talent and teams across the globe.
Lizzie Walsh
Talent Acquisition Partner
Joined Velkin in 2009 after 13 years of corporate experience. Lizzie held multiple management roles within Marketing and Supply Chain Operations areas as part of US and International organizations. She is an experienced professional with broad knowledge in corporate policies, procedures and challenges as it relates to human capital needs, talent sourcing, cross-functional and cross-cultural management. Lizzie oversees Velkin’s internal and external policy and procedures, technology needs as well as handling specialized sourcing and acquisition efforts for our distinct clients in the most complex industries.
